Refund Policy

Quick summary: Monthly and annual subscriptions are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the original charge if you have not made substantial use of the service. Founders Pass is non-refundable after purchase except where required by applicable law.

1. Merchant of Record

Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") is the merchant of record for all CardGrind purchases. This means Paddle handles billing, taxes, and refunds on behalf of CardGrind, LLC. Refund requests are processed by Paddle following the policies described below.

2. Subscription Refunds

Monthly and annual paid subscriptions are eligible for refund under the following conditions:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.

3. Founders Pass

The Founders Pass is a one-time, limited-supply purchase (100 spots) that grants lifetime access to all paid CardGrind subscription tiers and sport universes. Because of its limited nature and lifetime benefit, Founders Pass purchases are non-refundable after the date of purchase, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

If you purchased a Founders Pass and believe an exception applies (for example, a duplicate charge, a technical failure preventing access, or an applicable statutory right of withdrawal), please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email cardgrindapp@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Include:

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and resolve them within 7 business days. If approved, the refund is processed via Paddle and credited to the original payment method.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first before disputing the charge with your bank or card issuer. Most disputes can be resolved more quickly through direct contact than through a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the most recent charge. After cancellation, you retain access through the end of the period you have already paid for. If you would like both cancellation and a refund, please request both in your email.

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection rules, those rules take precedence over the terms above where they conflict.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to subscribers and posted on this page with a revised effective date. Changes apply prospectively only and do not affect refund rights for charges made before the change.
